A Lange & Sohne is a trademark of premier German watch making company Lange Uhren GmbH. This company was founded in 1845 by Ferdinand Adolph Lange in a small town named Glashütte. All A Lange & Sohne watches are mechanical rather than quartz driven, and with the exception of a few special edition watches, all Lange cases are made of precious metals (gold or platinum) rather than steel. Many people consider pre-owned A Lange & Sohne watches, used A Lange & Sohne watches & second hand A Lange & Sohne watches all the same, but a Gray & Sons A Lange & Sohne watch is something different altogether. All our watches are serviced and polished to like new condition and come with our twelve month warranty and "Like New for Life" policy. Our after sales service commitment is second to none in the world, backed by our six in house Swiss-trained watchmakers and jewelers.
